Privacy

Short version: we keep what you send us to write your statement, we never share it, and we delete it when you ask.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, the job advert or person specification, your CV and the examples you type. When you ask for the free sample: your email address. Our site also records the page you were on and the country your connection came from.

Why

To write your statement and send it to you, to email you the payment link, and to send the free sample and a few follow-up emails to people who asked for it. Nothing else. No advertising, no selling of data.

Where it is kept

Form submissions sit in the private store behind this site. Payment is taken by Whop, which has its own privacy policy; we never see your card details.

How long

Orders: 90 days after delivery, so we can make changes if you ask. Sample emails: until you unsubscribe (every email has a reply-to-stop line) or 12 months, whichever is first.

Your rights

Email supportingstatement@mail.tab.bot to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within 7 days.
